There's a few wanton mee stalls at Dunman Food Centre and I used to patronize the one on the 2nd floor, Seng's Wanton Noodle. They use to be really popular to the point, each order waiting time could be up till 1 hour. However, the stall owner decided to pass the business down to his (I'm guessing) sons. While the waiting time has reduced, the quality of the dish has also dropped. Noodles tend to be lumped together and the overall dish tasted really salty. They definitely need to brush up their skills to maintain the standard.

Your feedback is important to us, as it help us learn therefore thank you for the post! we are new, took us time to learn more about cooking starch noodle but this is no excuse but hope you can give seng's another go as we have improve!
